As an HR Coordinator, you will manage applicant flow, process leave of absence requests, and maintain pristine compliance records. • Recruiting Administration: Review incoming applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), conduct initial phone screens, and schedule in-person interviews for management.
• Compliance & Filing: Maintain secure, confidential personnel files, ensuring all I-9s, tax forms, and performance reviews are filed according to legal standards.
• Leave Management: Assist associates with the paperwork required for FMLA, short-term disability, or personal leaves of absence.
• Communications: Manage the store's communication boards, posting legally required labor posters, weekly schedules, and corporate newsletters.
