Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours

Location: 10 Hospital Dr, Bridgton, Maine

Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western, and Midcoastal Maine. Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.
