Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team that supports a culture where our team members thrive.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or diploma required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with training and development of Delaware North team members.
• Support the team with internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
• Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process.
• Maintain employee training records and ensure refresher training when required.
• Follow compliance and company regulations when handling confidential information.

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 / hour
