Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team that supports a culture where our team members thrive.

Pay

$25.00 – $30.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members
• Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
• Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members
• Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
• Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
