Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time IT Technician to support daily technical operations at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on desktop/laptop maintenance, user support, and ensuring IT solutions align with the venue's overall strategy.

You will prioritize and resolve end-user issues during events and regular hours, collaborating with our Operations Lead to deliver reliable technology services for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience with POS, property management systems, retail systems, cloud computing, network support, and Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry.
• Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.
• Occasional driving to support nearby locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems.
• Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North.
• Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user accounts, and computer configurations for team members.
• Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events.
• Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time IT Technician to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. With technology at your fingertips and the Operations Lead by your side, you will support daily technical operations at Bridgestone Arena. Pay

$21.00 - $21.00 / hour
