Schedule: M-F 9 am to 5 pm
Pay Range: $25-$28/hr.
Performs staffing and employment-related tasks, assists with worker's compensation administration, and supports the Human Resources management team with recruitment, HRIS, compliance, report generation, and recordkeeping. Ensures adherence to Signature Service standards to maintain high service quality and member satisfaction.
Effective staffing and HR systems maintenance contribute to high service levels, satisfied employees, and the organization's reputation as a preferred employer.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in HR laws, computer skills, and confidentiality. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
Includes sitting, walking, and occasional lifting; work environment is moderate noise, with safety procedures in place.
