Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking an HR Coordinator for our BBK location. You will support hiring, staffing, reporting, compliance, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and employment records management in a busy, hands-on HR environment.

Key duties include building external talent pools, reinforcing company culture, implementing process improvements, and designing PDS evaluation tools to support employee development and organizational growth.

Job Description/Responsibilities

As the HR Coordinator supporting our BBK location, you will provide HR support in areas of hiring and staffing, reporting, compliance, administering policies and programs, maintenance of employment records, onboarding, data collection and analysis, accurate maintenance of HRIS system.

Priorities

• Develop an external talent pool, base, LFE interviewing tools readily available to all, hiring managers able to identify and attract top talent, alignment around hiring and staffing process with all parties committed to move quickly to successfully close on hiring of top talent.
• Continuous communication and reinforcement of company culture. Team Member assessment of culture monitored on regular basis via Sazerac Culture Survey and limited use of Best Places to Work surveys. Tangible results in improvement of culture scores based on survey feedback.
• An ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. All are evaluated in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility.
• PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member.
