Job summary

Parallel Employment is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a client in Stoughton, WI. The role provides day-to-day HR support and helps keep employee-related processes organized and running smoothly.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, interact with employees and other departments, and gain hands-on HR administration experience. The position is temporary but could become direct hire for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous HR or related administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting routine HR activities and administrative processes
• Communicating information clearly and professionally with employees and management
• Assisting with employee documentation and HR records
