This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Frito Lay’s location in Williamsport, PA and administrative support for the Supply Chain HR Team. The work will include supporting managers and employees in the use and application of PepsiCo HR systems and tools; maintaining regular HR files; responding to inquiries related to policies, performance management, compensation processes, benefits and payroll; providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics in support of core people processes; and leading key compliance processes for the Site. The person in this role will support approx. 200 frontline employees and managers, and will collaborate and interface with cross-functional partners, such as payroll, safety, talent acquisition, and HR Ops.
