About the role

The HR Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting recruitment efforts while actively contributing to core human resources functions and administrative operations. This is not an entry‑level position. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in recruiting and HR practices, with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, exercise sound judgment, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s staffing, employee relations, and retention goals.
