Job Description and Responsibilities

The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our active team. The successful candidate will support the HR department in various functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and events. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be a great multitasker, and adept at managing change. EOE/M/F/D/V

Requirements
  • Preferably a 4-year college degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Law firm or service industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of ATS applications.
  • Professional certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • No agencies, please.
