Job Description And Responsibilities
The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join an active team in our Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will support the HR department in carrying out various responsibilities including but not limited to the following functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and events. Additionally, the successful candidate must also have effective organizational abilities, be a great multitasker, and be adept with managing change. EOE/M/F/D/V
Requirements
4-year college degree preferred in business, human resources, or related field.
2-4 years of experience working in HR with strong emphasis on recruitment.
Law Firm Or Other Service Industry Experience a Plus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, general knowledge of ATS use and applications.
Professional certification preferred.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
