Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Talent Services Specialist to support the Talent Operations team and provide excellent service to employees and applicants. The role emphasizes confidentiality and proficient use of the PC and Microsoft Office Suite.

The candidate should be comfortable handling onboarding tasks and payroll-related changes. Ideal candidates will have HR administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources.
  • or
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources.
  • Travel: 5-10%.
  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees).
  • Assists with Talent Operations projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitates the new hire process which includes but is not limited to the following: creates and sends new hire communication such as Welcome Letters, monitors and follows up with new hires regarding pre-employment items, and answers pre-employment questions.
  • Assists Talent Business Partners and Talent Generalists with submitting Payroll Change Notices for employee transitions.
  • Processes termination paperwork , including the letter, checklist, etc. and conducts exit interviews.
  • Monitors the Talent Services work queue and completes requests on a timely basis.
  • Facilitates Onboarding Part One and Two as appropriate.
  • Maintains accurate personnel files.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
