Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across office operations, manage calendars, prepare correspondence, and assist multiple departments to keep workflows efficient.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (or an Associate’s degree) with 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to office operations by handling routine clerical tasks, organizing schedules, and assisting various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Six months to one year of administrative experience

Education: Associate’s degree
Experience: Three to six months of administrative experience, with proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
Travel: 0-5%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
