GEP is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our USHR team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working across different areas of HR while taking ownership of gettingthings done.
You’ll support our US employees and HR team across workforcecoordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, workforcereporting, immigration and compliance, and broader people initiatives.You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, globalstaffing teams, and our HR Centers of Excellence to help ensure day-to-day HRactivities and larger initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has built astrong foundation in HR and is ready to take on greater ownership, broaden their HR experience, and gain exposure across both our Software and Servicesbusinesses.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site in GEP’s Headquarters.
$80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
