GEP is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our US HR team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working across different areas of HR while taking ownership of getting things done.
You’ll support our US employees and HR team across workforce coordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, workforce reporting, immigration and compliance, and broader people initiatives. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, global staffing teams, and our HR Centers of Excellence to help ensure day-to-day HR activities and larger initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in HR and is ready to take on greater ownership, broaden their HR experience, and gain exposure across both our Software and Services businesses.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site in GEP’s Headquarters.
$80,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
