Job summary

Walkers Bluff Casino Resort in Carterville, IL is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact and handle data entry into the HRIS, maintain employee files, and support administrative tasks. The role requires confidentiality and a friendly, professional approach. Typical hours are Mon-Fri with some weekend shifts, at $19/hour including premium pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Non-Gaming Occupational Identification Badge in accordance with the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into the appropriate HRIS.
• Follow up to get any missing paperwork from employees.
• Perform clerical duties to create, maintain, update, and organize each employee’s files.
• Assist Seamstress with uniform fittings, exchanges, inventory, etc.
• Monitor the front desk, provide assistance to those individuals who come, or direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining positive and friendly attitude.
