Job summary

AGC Human Resources is seeking a seasoned HR consultant to partner with business leaders across multiple industries, delivering practical HR solutions that drive business success and employee engagement.

You will own HR initiatives from recruitment to performance management, compliance, onboarding, and leadership development, while supporting policy development and investigations. The role blends hands-on consulting with strategic advisory in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or ADP is a plus.

What We're Looking For
