Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a skilled recruiter to partner with hiring managers across geographies, driving end-to-end recruitment and data-driven decision making. You will build trusted relationships and help shape talent pipelines for a global client base.

The role emphasizes structured interviewing, use of ATS/CRM and AI tools, and clear communication. You’ll contribute to workforce planning and ensure consistent recruitment delivery while supporting diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret labor market data and insights.
• Experience using ATS/CRM and AI/market intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Consultative talent advisor for hiring managers.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview process, offers, candidate experience.
• Drive structured interview processes and equitable assessments.
• Leverage AI tools and labor market platforms to provide hiring leaders with data on talent supply, salary trends, and insights.
• Set expectations with hiring managers regarding candidate availability, time-to-fill, and compensation alignment.
• Flex focus across geographies to address urgent business needs and ensure global consistency in recruitment delivery.
• Liaise with Acquisition Partners for seamless handoffs when roles are right-shored or reassigned.
• Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Track and report on key KPIs, ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Serve as a consultative talent advisor, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and aligning recruitment strategies to business goals.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, candidate screening, interview process management, offer management, and candidate experience.
• Drive structured, consistent interview processes by educating hiring managers, ensuring use of competency-based guides, and upholding equitable assessment practices.
• Leverage AI tools and labor market platforms (e.g., Lightcast) to provide hiring leaders with data on talent supply, salary trends, and competitive insights.
• Set realistic expectations with hiring managers regarding candidate availability, time-to-fill, and compensation alignment.
• Flex focus across geographies to address urgent business needs and ensure global consistency in recruitment delivery.
• Liaison with other Acquisition Partners to ensure seamless handoffs when roles are right-shored or reassigned, including providing clear updates and context.
• Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to strengthen candidate pipelines and elevate employer brand presence.
• Track and report on key KPIs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and present labor market data and insights.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and AI/market intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across global markets.
