You will train employees, manage performance records, develop policies, and assist with recruiting, onboarding, and audits across all departments.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR or compliance experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compliance software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic about learning and advancing within the company.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-person training on company systems, programs, and procedures.
• Lead weekly meetings with managers to assess training needs.
• Develop SOPs for roles across departments.
• Ensure compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations.
• Review and maintain employee files for accuracy.
• Assist with recruiting, prescreening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Update policies and employee handbook to stay compliant.
• Audit OSHA 300 logs and safety meeting documentation.
