Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or compliance-related work.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compliance software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic about learning and advancing within the company.
• High attention to detail and quick retention of new information.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-person training for new and existing employees on company systems and procedures.
• Hold weekly in-person meetings with managers to review employee progress and training needs.
• Navigate all company systems to efficiently train employees.
• Implement and develop the KPI program in isolved to track employee progress.
• Provide small group and one-on-one training on the KPI program.
• Monitor employee performance using the isolved KPI program.
• Create SOPs for all roles across departments.
• Support HR to ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Review and manage employee files for complete and accurate documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, prescreening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Create and monitor HR documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on laws and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with leadership to keep policies and the handbook up to date.
• Maintain compliance signage for labor and regulatory requirements.
• Audit OSHA 300 logs and track safety meeting documentation.
• Monitor toolbox talks and safety meeting records.
• Research and develop policies for new compliance issues.
• Implement checks to streamline processes and prevent compliance issues.
• Perform random audits to ensure cross-department compliance.
• Document and track incidents for timely HR follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
