The position focuses on risk reduction, policy enforcement, and data integrity within HRIS systems while supporting enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR operations.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with integrated HR systems such as learning management or certification tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for corporate leadership and employees, providing timely support on employee relations and day-to-day HR needs.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and company standards across markets.
  • Coordinate the annual compliance training process across the enterprise, including calendar, course assignments, tracking, reminders, and escalations.
  • Monitor and administer certification requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Conduct routine enterprise-wide compliance audits (certifications, licenses, I-9, E-Verify, etc.).
  • Serve as central HR liaison between Corporate Compliance and regional training teams.

ROLE SUMMARYThis role is to provide significant value to the organization through enhanced compliance oversight, audit readiness, and workforce credential management.This position is in place to strengthen our compliance infrastructure, reduce organizational risk, and improve operational consistency across all regions and service lines by connecting groups and ensuring that requirements, timelines, and reporting are applied consistently across the organization.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or qualifications required.This is an Exempt/Salaried position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational HR Support:Serve as the primary HR partner for corporate leadership and employees, providing timely support on employee relations, staffing challenges, and day-to-day HR needs.Ensure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and company standards across assigned markets.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policiesSupport certification, licensure, and training compliance in coordination with Operations and Compliance teamsCoordinate the annual compliance training process across the enterprise, including developing and maintaining the training calendar, managing course assignments, tracking completion, issuing reminders and escalationsExecute batch imports of learning courses into additional HRIS systems, as needed, for certification and training trackingPartnering closely with clinical leadership and operational teams to ensure all required certifications and credentials remain current, including ACLS, CPR, state-specific driver’s licenses, professional licenses and other role-specific requirementsMonitoring and administering contract-driven and state-mandated certification requirements to ensure ongoing compliance across all applicable employee populations.Ensuring certification and credential requirements are accurately configured and maintained within scheduling systems, including enforcing restrictions that prevent scheduling employees whose required credentials have expiredIdentify and escalate potential risk areas proactivelyThis role is responsible for ensuring adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirementsConducting routine enterprise-wide compliance audits covering:Professional certifications and licensesAnnual compliance training completionBackground check complianceI-9 documentationE-Verify requirementsContractual and regulatory workforce compliance obligationsCreate and utilize standardization processes for our compliance auditing across the enterprise, establishing a consistent framework and audit discipline as though every company operates under CAAS accreditation standardsResponsible for identifying compliance gaps, escalating areas of risk, partnering with leaders and supporting regulatory readiness through the maintenance of audit documentation and compliance recordsServe as the central HR Liaison between Corporate Compliance and the regional training teamsProvide guidance regarding required content and regulatory expectations, while the regional teams support implementation and address location-specific needs.Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelySupport special HR projects and initiatives as assignedAll actions must align with company values and operational standardsEmployee Experience:Monitor trends in turnover and provide recommendations for improvementData & Reporting:Auditing and tracking required annual compliance training, including HIPAA, Compliance, Ethics and other mandatory organizational trainings.Maintain training records, and provide completion reports for HR and operational leadership.Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performanceAssist with data validation and reporting accuracy for HR initiatives.Maintain accurate data within HRIS systemsRequiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR operationsWorking knowledge of basic certification requirementsWorking knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirementsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentPreferredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.Experience working with integrated HR systems such as learning management or certification tracking systems preferred.Experience in healthcare, EMS, behavioral health, or other 24/7 operational environmentsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certificationExperience supporting large, distributed workforcesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
