Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior leader to head NA HR compliance governance, operations, and modernization. You will drive immigration, onboarding, and Talent Acquisition process improvements to strengthen Bayer's operational license, while aligning governance across U.S. and Canada.

The role requires extensive experience in HR compliance, enterprise transformation, and vendor strategy, with emphasis on audit readiness and stakeholder management. Flexible U.S.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in HR operations, compliance, or governance.
• Proven success in enterprise transformation and vendor strategy.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. HR compliance (ERISA, immigration, audit management).
• Experience with Workday or similar HR ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance across U.S. and Canadian HR functions.
• Manage risk and drive process improvements.
• Implement AI-enabled automation and design future operating models blending internal teams, external vendors, and digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaborations and audit readiness efforts.
