Job summary

You will maintain HRIS data (ADP Workforce Now), guide audits, protect confidential information, and ensure alignment with employment laws. 5–8 years of HR experience in biotech preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
