Job summary

640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA is seeking an HR Compliance Officer to ensure agency adherence to federal and state laws, manage disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, garnishments, unemployment, and verifications.

Reporting to the HR leadership, you will maintain personnel and payroll records, generate reports, support policy management, and cross-train within the division. Travel may be required; a bachelor’s in HR or law with 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law or related field required or equivalent
• 1 year of professional HR experience required; knowledge of HR laws preferred
• Experience with Workday HR systems advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to federal/state laws and agency rules
• Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and unemployment processing
