Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc is seeking a Manager, HR Compliance in Rosemead, California. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with I-9/E-Verify, background checks, and PTO policies among others. This position will lead a team dedicated to compliance audits and provide essential support for training and development.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits including a 401K match, and various insurance plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HR experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Successful completion of required training including sexual harassment training.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR compliance policies and programs.
• Audit HR functions to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance-related issues.
• Manage a compliance team and coach associates.
• Work on projects to address compliance deficiencies.
