JE Dunn Construction in Kansas City is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the HR Operations function by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment requirements. You will monitor regulations, manage I-9 and E-Verify, and lead pre-employment compliance programs.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Safety, and business leaders to implement compliant processes, train stakeholders, and continuously improve controls across onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
• 8+ years of HR compliance management experience.
• 5+ years of employment law compliance experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and travel not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR compliance programs across federal, state, and local employment requirements, including audits and postings.
• Lead Form I-9 and E-Verify guidance, audits, and issue resolution.
• Oversee pre-employment compliance programs including background checks and drug testing.
• Manage ongoing MVR monitoring for driving-designated roles and coordinate with HR, Safety, and stakeholders.
• Update HR policies and communications to reflect evolving employment regulations.
• Develop training materials and resources for HR stakeholders.
