Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a North America Tax Compliance Manager to oversee U.S. and Canadian tax compliance obligations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, provincial, and local regulations.
You will lead tax filings, audits, and process improvements, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, HR/Payroll, and external advisors. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Tax, and is part of the Coffee Beverage Operating Unit.
As a North America Tax Compliance Manager, you will oversee the preparation, review, and filing of the Company's U.S. and Canadian tax compliance obligations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, provincial, and local tax regulations.
This role requires strong technical tax expertise across both jurisdictions, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, HR/Payroll, and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely compliance filings.
You will lead U.S. and Canadian income tax compliance processes, support tax audits and controversy matters, drive process improvements, leverage technology to increase efficiency, and provide leadership and development opportunities for tax team members. The position plays a critical role in maintaining the Company's North America tax compliance framework and supporting strategic tax initiatives.
This position is part of the Coffee Beverage Operating Unit of Keurig Dr Pepper and reports to the Sr. Director, Tax.
