Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Two years of experience in job analysis, compensation analysis, compensation administration, or ERP software.
• Master’s degree in HR, IO psychology, or business administration allowed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct job analysis studies and create/update job profiles.
• Assist with classification and FLSA status determinations.
• Benchmark jobs against market data to determine compensation ranges.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state laws; prepare reports.
• Lead HR projects and advise on HR systems like Workday and Excel.
