The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Salaries will be set within this range based on factors such as market data, education, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and maintain the University personnel records, including I-9 forms.
  2. Work with HR and Office of Counsel to provide personnel records upon request.
  3. Track all files sent and returned; file new hire records; archive terminated, returned, and deceased records.
  4. Assist with employment verification requests.
  5. Maintain records for active, terminated, retired, and deceased employees, excluding undergrad students.
  6. Respond to routine and non-routine requests for employment and salary verifications.
  7. Coordinate record requests with relevant departments and external agencies.
  8. Purge records according to legal requirements and record retention policies.
  9. Supervise students and temporary staff involved in record filing.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
  • No experience required if holding a Baccalaureate degree.
  • Preferred: 2 years in Human Resources or related functions.
