Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking an HR Associate II – Compliance to support a comprehensive compliance program across legal, regulatory and grant requirements. You will maintain systems, coordinate program audits, monitor wage and hour compliance, and provide regular reports to the HR Compliance and HR Service teams to ensure audit readiness and policy adherence across VOALA affiliates.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years HR/ compliance experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and processes to ensure contractual and grant HR compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate program audits and timely submission of required documents.
• Oversee wage and hour compliance and report findings to HR teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to align policies and training across VOALA affiliates.
