Job summary

ABM is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist/Analyst or HR Generalist- Legal Analyst located in Sugar Land, to coordinate sensitive legal requests, manage HR compliance data, and support investigations. The role sits at the intersection of HR and Legal, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure handling of compliance matters while delivering data-driven insights to reduce risk.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in related field and 2–5 years in HR/Compliance, with strong Excel, SharePoint, and Power

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in HR, Compliance, Legal Operations, or Investigations.
• Experience supporting legal counsel and managing compliance systems.
• Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, NAVEX, GenAI, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track subpoenas, litigation holds, EEOC claims, and other agency/legal document requests in collaboration with internal and external legal counsel.
• Maintain and continuously improve the claims/legal matter tracking dashboard to ensure real-time visibility into case status, deadlines, and compliance metrics.
• Oversee secure document retention processes using digital platforms in alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
• Compile and synthesize case data to identify trends, recurring risks, and opportunities for compliance improvements.
