Job summary

ABF Security seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced security operations environment. You will handle day-to-day HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws and partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities include recruiting for technicians, sales, and office staff; coordinating background checks and onboarding; administering benefits and payroll support; and tracking HR metrics like turnover and labor

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience in service, construction, or security industries is preferred.
• Ability to support both field and office employees.

Responsibilities

• Administrate full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements.
• Administer benefits and assist with payroll support.
• Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs.
• Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
