Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or junior/senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, ideally with focus on HR, Communications, Organizational Leadership or project management.
• Prior internships or work experience in corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Communications on a wide range of projects including HR strategy, diversity & inclusion, HR IT systems and process management.
• Assist in data collection for reports and research.
• Draft and proofread HR documents and training materials.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops as needed.
• Engage in HR IT topics related to application controls and change management.
