Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC (MBV) in Ladson, South Carolina, invites applications for a Human Resources Intern to support HR strategy, diversity & inclusion, and HR IT projects. This educational yet practical internship offers exposure to process management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with the Communications team.

You will gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and developing HR program concepts while working in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Prior internships or work experience in corporate environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist HR and Communications on projects spanning HR strategy, diversity & inclusion, HR IT systems, and process management.
• Support data collection for reports and conduct basic analysis for recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR team members on project objectives and timelines.
• Draft and proofread HR communications, work instructions, and training materials.
• Help with meeting coordination, workshops, and ad hoc HR tasks.
