Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student pursuing Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, HR IT, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR strategy, diversity, equity & inclusion, HR IT systems and process management.
• Assists in collecting information for reports and statistical research.
• Collaborates with key HR personnel to understand project objectives and approach.
• Performs data analysis and drafts executive recommendations.
• Drafts and proofs HR documents and training materials.
• Participates in HR IT topics related to application controls and change management.
