You will participate in networking events, professional development opportunities, career coaching, and site tours while building relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in HRM, Business Admin, Communications, or Psychology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a meaningful project or series of projects that support business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Learn fundamentals through hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration with HR & Communications professionals.
• Analyze processes, data, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders to support project goals and business initiatives.
• Present recommendations, findings, and project outcomes to leaders and peers.
• Gain exposure to HR & Communications functions such as planning, logistics, inventory management, procurement, operations, and continuous improvement.
