RiVidium Inc. is seeking a HR Communications & Outreach Specialist to develop and execute HR marketing, communications, and recruitment outreach strategies designed to attract qualified talent to NNSA.

The position supports the NNSA Careers website, digital recruitment campaigns, social media, marketing materials, and recruitment branding while ensuring compliance with federal accessibility and branding requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, or recruitment branding.
• At least 3 years developing recruitment marketing campaigns and digital media content in a federal or regulated environment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Content Management Systems and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field.

• Digital Marketing Professional Certification.The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. The listed salary range represents a general guideline; however, RiVidium Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. At RiVidium Inc. it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
