Position Summary:
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a HR Client Solutions Associate.

This role involves providing HR services and solutions support for assigned activities, focusing on delivering high-quality customer support, accurate HR transactions, and proactive data analysis to promote a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and counsel employees and managers regarding HR services, including benefits, retirement, absence management, employee self-service, performance, pre-boarding, and other employee lifecycle components. Collaborate with HR colleagues, departments, vendors, and internal systems to meet HR customer needs.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects, including process documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements based on interactions and inquiries.
  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, or walk-ins professionally, referring non-routine questions to appropriate HR colleagues and using available resources to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain logs of tasks and inquiries using the Knowledge Base System and upload documentation to OnBase as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, complete assigned tasks timely, and report progress regularly.
  • Assist with FGP acquisitions onboarding, benefits, MSS support, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Support nursing inter-boarding, including file audits, creating tickets, and onboarding documentation.
  • Troubleshoot employee data issues and develop remediation strategies.
  • Manage inter-boarding communications and process transactions related to HR services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR processes, prepare training materials, and maintain ongoing resources.
  • Perform onboarding and pre-boarding tasks, including background checks, documentation, and system entries.
  • Support HR services via email and phone, providing in-the-moment assistance and formal training as needed.
  • Post job openings, run reports, and coordinate postings with relevant parties.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of college and at least one year of related professional experience in HR or administrative operations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
