Job Description:

The Senior Associate, Client Solutions & Planning will serve as a primary day-to-day contact for general client requests/deliverables, supporting the management of performance media (Paid Search/SEM, CRO, SEO and Affiliate) programs and teams for a leading travel client. This person must be organized, well-spoken, and a self-starter, which translates into the ability to manage projects to meet client needs.

The role requires a proactive person who can develop strong team and client relationships. Someone who thrives while juggling numerous projects, loves learning something new every day, and isn’t afraid to seek out new opportunities and pursue new ideas.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Facilitating day-to-day client and internal communications, aligning with day-to-day client contacts, while coordinating across departments.
  2. Owning project management workflow and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish timelines; as well as inputting tasks/deliverables into project management tools.
  3. Serving as a problem solver for prioritization and balancing workload and/or clarifying direction.
  4. Helping with the development and delivery of a variety of client deliverables, such as performance check-ins, status documents, campaign reporting and strategic recommendations; providing basic level of QA across all deliverables before delivering to client.
  5. Assisting with the development of presentations, performance recaps and merchandising materials.
  6. Scheduling and owning meeting invites, leading status calls, preparing/distributing agendas and distributing meeting notes with clear action items/next steps, timing and owners.
  7. Implementing workflow efficiencies and enhancements for self and team.
  8. Owning and mastering account finance tracking, including generating MAs and tracking monthly IO amounts.
  9. Contributing to maintaining positive team morale; coordinating team events and celebrations for personal and professional achievements.

Qualifications:

  1. 1+ year experience in media planning, media buying, or media project management.
  2. Familiarity with Paid Media with a basic understanding of all digital media disciplines including paid, owned and earned.
  3. Ability to analyze data and collaborate on strategy, insights, and recommendations.
  4. Basic-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical concepts.

Desired, Not Required:

  1. Experience in Paid Search and SEO.

The anticipated salary range for this position is 53K-80K. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
