Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; substitutable by verifiable HR work experience as detailed (one year equals 30 sem/45 quarter units).
• Experience in classification/compensation, recruitment/selection, and benefits administration is preferred.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze job data to determine essential functions and competencies.
• Develop and implement selection processes and tests in line with federal guidelines.
• Advise departments on staffing patterns, compensation, and policy issues.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure fair, compliant processes across the district.
• Prepare classifications, reports, and documentation for HR decisions.
