• Collaborates with Budget Services to align staffing with approved budgets.
• Performs internal audits and ensures compliance with district policies.
• Communicates staffing guidelines to administrators and trains staff on position control processes.
• Prepares reports on staffing, vacancies, and budget impact for senior leadership.
