Job summary

Cooper Farms, a family-owned farm and food company in Northwest Ohio, is seeking an HR Business Partner for its St. Henry plant. The role supports all HR functions within the assigned department, focusing on staffing, retention, and employee relations.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in HR or related field and at least two years of HR experience. Starting pay is commensurate with experience, with monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with production managers and team members as the HR contact.
• Work with HR Manager on staffing needs and maintain staffing records.
• Coordinate with Corporate Recruitment on open positions and recruitment efforts.
