Job summary

Cpl HR Recruitment is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This on-site role focuses on Irish employment law, employee relations, and people strategy.

You will advise managers across recruitment, development, and change initiatives from a Dublin/Wicklow base. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HRBP or senior HR generalist roles, strong stakeholder skills, and CIPD is desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharma or medical device beneficial.
• Proven ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.
• Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management.
• CIPD qualification desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional with strong Irish employment law who enjoys working closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, and organisational performance. Working as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you will support the full employee lifecycle while delivering practical HR solutions across employee relations, talent management, organisational development, recruitment, and change initiatives. This role will be fully onsite and will suit someone based in South Dublin and Wicklow areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance and support.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning activities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and people-related challenges.
• Drive HR initiatives that support business objectives and organisational growth.
