AdventHealth in Maitland, Florida, seeks an HR leader to drive change management, workforce planning, and talent development across the facility. You will partner with facility leadership to translate business needs into HR goals and programs.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, healthcare experience preferred, and strong communication and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred, and professional HR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• 4+ years HR experience preferably in an HR business advisor role within a healthcare setting.
• Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Project management and consulting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as change agent, influencing at multiple organizational levels.
• Drive employee engagement and change management activities.
• Coach leaders through change management processes and advise on implications.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
• Partner to implement HR programs and initiatives at local or regional levels.
• Lead performance review committee projects with data support and solutions.
