Job summary

WCCTV is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager in Richardson, TX to drive workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management. You will scale HR programs, build infrastructure, and partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in HR, proven HR program building experience, and strong payroll/benefits expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in HRBP or equivalent leadership.
• Experience building HR programs in a growing organization.
• Strong payroll, benefits, and compensation experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and leadership teams.
• Experience leading organizational change and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Partner with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and change management.
• Develop scalable HR policies, processes, and governance.
• Lead HR projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
