Qualifications

• Experience in HR recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Knowledge of employee and labor relations and organizational development.
• Experience in training and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visibility with all employees and addresses issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Leads recruitment and selection across all levels of the business unit.
• Assists with orientation sessions and training and development.
• Advises management on HR topics and champions program adoption.
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve department goals.
