Quality Bicycle Products is seeking an HR Business Partner I in Bloomington, MN to work with leaders across the organization. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR policy interpretation, while maintaining records and supporting payroll handoffs.

You will partner with Recruiting during peak hiring seasons and contribute to HR analytics, projects, and training to strengthen the workforce and culture of a values-driven organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in an HR Business Partner role; three+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.).
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, recognition, policy interpretation, and employee experience.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, HRIS transactions, verifications, COBRA handoffs, and personnel file maintenance.
• Coordinate departures and HR/Payroll processes with UKG updates and final-pay details.
• Contribute to HR projects, analytics, and process improvements with coaching.
• Facilitate HR training and support leader capability-building with practical guidance.
• Support policy updates and compliance risk escalation to HR leadership or Legal.
• Partner with Recruiting during peak hiring seasons and coordinate interview scheduling and events.
