Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience or exposure within HR, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influence, planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Self‑driven and eager to learn and grow.
• Early‑career professional with 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, guiding day‑to‑day HR matters and policy application.
• Coach leaders through workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
• Foster a positive, inclusive employee experience across two distribution centers.
• Partner on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Support hourly workforce recruitment and contractor processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate HR processes and ensure data accuracy across locations.
• Collaborate with third‑party FMLA administrator on leave‑related cases.
• Identify workforce needs and support business priorities and SPS initiatives.
