Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in HR, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Early-career HR professional with 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Willing to be mobile for future growth opportunities with Schneider Electric.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations matters.
• Coach and support leaders through workplace investigations and policy application.
• Foster a positive, inclusive employee experience across both distribution center locations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession, talent reviews, and development.
• Support hourly workforce recruiting and contractor processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate HR processes and initiatives while ensuring data accuracy across locations.
• Collaborate with third-party FMLA administrator on leave-related cases.
• Align people priorities with SPS and broader business goals.
